Use of Website

2.1 Website Use: By accessing and using our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. You may only use this website for legitimate inquiries or orders.

Ordering and Payment

3.1 Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website, phone, approved food ordering platforms, or email. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or message with details.

3.2 Payment Terms: We accept credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, or ??.

Fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required upon placing an order for catering services. All payments must be completed 72 hours before delivery or pick-up.

3.3 Cancellations: Cancellations for orders must be made at least ten (10) days before the delivery or event date to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made after this period will result in forfeiture of any deposit or payments made.

Catering Services

4.1 Booking and Confirmation: All catering services require a confirmed booking, which will be finalized once the order details and deposit/payment have been received.

4.2 Delivery and Set-Up: We provide delivery for catering orders within 20 miles of Charlotte, NC for a delivery charge of $50.00. Set-up services are available upon request for an additional cost of $75.00. Complete delivery instructions must be communicated in advance.

4.3 Client Responsibilities: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure the event location is accessible for set-up. Any changes must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours before the event.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in cases where the cancellation is made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds may be subject to a deduction of administrative or processing fees.

5.2 Food Quality: We take great care in the preparation of our food. If you are dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

6.1 Food Allergies: We offer a variety of dishes, including those containing common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten).
